How it works
Three steps
- Email us and tell us what happened: broken, bent, wrong size, or you just changed your mind.
- Ship the piece (or the old metal) back to us. We send you a prepaid, insured return label.
- Once it arrives back at the bench, we cast a fresh replacement or process your exchange.
The warranty
Solid metal, solid promise
Every piece we make is solid 14K gold or .925 sterling silver, poured by hand. If it ever breaks or bends, send back the old metal and we pour you a new one. No receipt needed, no time limit. Custom or engraved pieces are covered under the same warranty.
